Job Summary:
The Implementation & Automation Developer will design, develop, and support solutions to enhance case management and other operational systems.
This role focuses on automating workflows, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring smooth system implementations.
The developer will collaborate with IT leadership, operations staff, and external vendors to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility through technology.
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, Responsibilities:
- Building system interfaces.
- Scripting automation for routine tasks.
- Supporting data migration and reporting initiatives.
- Troubleshooting system issues across environments.
- System upgrades, configurations, and custom solutions.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience with case management systems.
- 3–5 years of experience in application development, system integration, or IT automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and database development, including query optimization.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile practices, and testing methodologies.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Prior experience in government, legal, or justice sector IT environments.
- Expertise with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI).
- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms and SaaS applications.
- Direct experience with case management systems.
- Proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and data exchange standards.
- Experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Familiarity with middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data mapping practices.
