Implementation Manager (US)

At SAMY Consult, the consulting arm of SAMY, we're building an exceptional team of Sprinklr specialists who bridge the gap between technical implementation and strategic client partnerships.

As our Implementation Manager, you'll play a vital role in our expanding US Sprinklr practice, ensuring our enterprise clients achieve transformational outcomes through expert platform implementation while building and leading our growing US implementation team.

Working closely with our Global Implementation Director, you'll be instrumental in delivering complex technical implementations, mentoring junior team members, and serving as the technical authority for our most strategic client engagements.

Key responsibilities

As our Implementation Manager, you'll lead both technical delivery and team development to drive exceptional client outcomes and team growth.

Technical implementation leadership:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale Sprinklr implementations for strategic US clients
  

• Architect technical solutions that align advanced platform capabilities with client business transformation objectives
  

• Manage technical discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, and optimization phases
  

• Serve as technical escalation point and subject matter expert for complex implementation challenges
  

• Establish implementation excellence standards and technical quality assurance processes
  

Team leadership and development:

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of implementation consultants and specialists
  

• Provide technical coaching and professional development guidance to junior team members
  

• Establish US-specific implementation methodologies and best practices for team consistency
  

• Lead recruitment efforts to scale the implementation team in alignment with business growth
  

• Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning and technical excellence
  

Client relationship and strategic guidance:

• Partner with client technical leadership to ensure implementations align with broader technology strategy
  

• Facilitate technical steering committees and architecture review sessions with enterprise stakeholders
  

• Provide strategic guidance on Sprinklr roadmap alignment and advanced feature adoption
  

• Support pre-sales technical validation and proof-of-concept development for strategic opportunities
  

Process and knowledge management:

• Contribute to our evolving library of technical implementation frameworks and solution accelerators
  

• Participate in global implementation team knowledge sharing and best practice development
  

• Lead technical training initiatives for both internal teams and client technical staff
  

• Share implementation insights to inform product feedback and enhancement requests
  

Team collaboration:

• Work closely with the Global Implementation Director to maintain technical delivery standards across regions
  

• Partner with project managers to ensure seamless coordination between technical delivery and project execution
  

• Collaborate with sales engineering teams to provide technical validation and solution scoping support
  

• Support business development through technical thought leadership and client success demonstrations
