THE WORK:
+ You'll oversee administrative needs for a team of program managers and project managers to develop management procedures, coordinate with various Airport and County Agencies along with selected design and construction contractors.
+ You'll perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative clerical and data collection tasks for supervisor and project team members.
+ You'll perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry and report writing tasks.
+ You'll prepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ You'll gather statistics and general data; review and combine this information into established reports for use internally.
+ You'll monitor and coordinate project communications and workflow processes in Project Management Information Software (PMIS).
+ You'll scan, transmit, bind documents, reports and proposals as required.
+ You'll develop new reports or revise existing reports as directed.
Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats or narrative-style word processing.
+ You'll originate correspondence and report's not requiring the personal attention of immediate supervisor.
+ You'll prepare general correspondence and maintain general files.
+ You'll answer the telephone, take and relay messages screen callers and direct calls accordingly.
+ You'll receive, sort, and distribute mail.
+ You'll establish and maintain records of equipment including a log of equipment service dates.
+ You'll initiate requests for service.
+ You'll coordinate physical space requirements for the program team.
Initiates requests for computers and telephones as appropriate.
+ You'll periodically prepare an occupancy report by project or gather information to complete staffing reports as directed by immediate supervisor.
+ You'll maintain an organized workspace by keeping documents and supplies properly stored.
+ You'll May represent immediate supervisor at project-related or other meetings as directed.
+ You'll contribute to the advancement of project delivery goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders.
+ You'll exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail.
+ You'll set up events and meetings.
+ Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
+ With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
+ Must be able to work Monday- Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to proofread documents for grammar and spelling
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Experience working in PMIS systems such as Unifier, Procore, Kahua, or other equivalent system
+ Multi-tasking skills and ability to organize workload while still maintaining attention to detail
+ Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
+ Reliable, responsible, and dependable
+ Ability to lift 20 pounds
+ Ability to transcribe dictated material
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
+ Some college education or AA degree is preferred
+ 6-years working experience in the construction industry
+ Experience working on alternative project delivery including CMAR, Design Build, or Progressive Design Build
+ Prior experience working in the Aviation market sector
