Job description

Infrastructure Governance & Automation Analyst – Infrastructure Automation Services (IAS) provides the platforms, standards, governance, and training to support automation across all aspects of infrastructure resources.

This role is focused on Risk and Process management within the infrastructure environment, with a strong emphasis on governance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

The team supports all lines of business and is responsible for overseeing and enabling various development teams to adhere to established standards as infrastructure management scales across the enterprise.

This includes automation efforts such as patching and code deployment, ensuring risk controls are embedded throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Strategy Execution: Support execution of risk management discipline across infrastructure automation domains.

  • RISE Oversight: Monitor Risk Integration Support Environment (RISE) deliverables, including items pending System of Record (SOR) validation.

    Identify and escalate blockers early.

  • SPI Oversight: Ensure enterprise process requirements and performance goals are met across Strategic Performance Indicators (SPI), particularly where IAS owns or performs Enterprise Risk Handling (ERH).

    Identify and remediate anomalies intra-month, and ensure controls and metrics support sustainable issue resolution.

  • EOL Policy Adherence: Monitor committed End-of-Life (EOL) remediation dates.

    Establish routines to review plans with product managers, proactively identify changes and drivers, and provide timely updates to senior management.

  • Vulnerability Remediation: Drive remediation within SLA or ensure robust justification for Exception Risk Processes (ERP).

    Track and analyze vulnerabilities, document and escalate ERPs, and coordinate with teams for resolution.

  • Data Analysis & Communication: Capture, analyze, and manipulate risk-related data.

    While not performing technical work directly, the role requires technical proficiency to effectively communicate with development teams and monitor execution.

  • Cross-Team Enablement: Act as a liaison between governance and development teams, ensuring alignment with automation standards and risk protocols.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in risk mitigation across complex IT infrastructure environments.

  • Proven experience facilitating remediation across technology infrastructure.

  • Strong coordination, oversight, and execution skills in risk management.

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is desired
  • Technical proficiency desired in:
  • .NET Framework 4+ and/or .NET Core
  • Front-end frameworks (e.g., React)
  • UI component libraries (e.g., Material, Bootstrap, Telerik)
  • Git version control
  • Testing platforms (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing)User experience optimization
  • Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week
    Must be USC or GC
