Key Responsibilities:
Manage High-Volume Leads: Provide personalized attention to a large volume of leads, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported in alignment with our marketing goals.
Engage and Qualify Clients: Clearly articulate our promotional packages, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address client demands and deliver exceptional service inside our retail partners.
Mentor and Motivate: Partner with the Executive Manager to guide and inspire the team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Foster a Positive Environment: Create an inspiring and motivating atmosphere that reflects our brand’s integrity and values
Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement and adhere to operational policies to uphold our high standards with our retail partners and our promotional client.
Communicate Updates: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years in a high-volume lead generating environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge or experience working within the home service industry is preferred!
