What you will be doing:
Manage incoming sales inquiries by phone and email to assist new and existing customers and distributors
Support outside sales reps and internal staff, serving as a communication link when needed
Provide pricing, prepare quotations, respond to tender requests, process orders, and handle related administrative tasks
Generate reports on sales, revenues, and customer activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, sales teams, and manufacturing partners
Maintain and update company ERP and CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
What you must have:
Degree in business or a technical field (electrical/electronics preferred)
1+ years of experience in customer service or technical sales (preferred)
Strong customer service and sales orientation with ability to support internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office and solid overall computer skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with quotations, tender responses, and CRM management is an asset
Knowledge of the utility or electrical testing industry is an advantage
Salary/Rate Range: $50,000 - $60,000
