We’re actively seeking a talented Insight Enablement Specialist to join our Customer Measurement and Insights Team in Newport Beach, CA.

  • This role is on-site 4 days a week.

    You’ll work at our state-of-the-art Newport Beach headquarters.

  • As the Insight Enablement Specialist you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by enabling CMD business leaders to incorporate customer insights into decision making and actionability.

    This person will wake up each day ensuring business leaders and their teams are able to proactively take advantage of customer insights and feel well equipped to do so.

    You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 7-8 people in the Consumer Markets division.

    Your colleagues will include professionals in Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Management, Customer Analytics & Insights, and Experience Management Platform Operations.

    How you’ll help move us forward:

  • Empowering business leaders and their teams to turn customer insights into action by driving self-service.

  • Working with the Director of Customer Measurement and Insights to create a vision, plan and execute towards maturing this capability.

  • Create an enablement process with existing business customers and market services to others to gather more interest.

  • Create and execute onboarding process for business leaders looking to incorporate more customer insights via self-service on their teams.

  • Create inventory of self-service tools and guides for self-service customer insight usage.

  • Monitor and adjust the enablement program by implementing measurement system and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the offering.

  • Tech & Tools You’ll Use:

  • Medallia educational usage tools, Medallia user access for loading new users.

  • MS productivity tools (, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Visio).

  • Agile, Hybrid, Scrum methodology tools (, Azure DevOps, Jira).

  • The Experience You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer experience or voice of the customer programs.

  • 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technology programs.

  • Change management and/or training experience.

  • Life Insurance and/or Annuity experience.

  • Experience with customer experience management platforms (, Qualtrics, NICE/Nexidia, etc.).

  • Factors for Success

  • 4 Year Degree from an accredited institution.

  • Able to collaborate with team members and leadership; effective influencing skills.

  • Strong work planning, organization, and management skills; attention to detail; problem-solving to maintain target date delivery.

  • Must be a self-starter, well-organized, effectively manage time, and adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities.

    Compensation range: $108,000 - $160,000

    Base Pay Range:

    The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.

    The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.

    Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
