You will partner with a cross-functional team to set and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standards and objectives to ensure reliable, on-time delivery of quality parts to our customers.</div><div> To be considered for the Inspection Programming Manager role, here s what you ll typically need to bring with you:</div><div> 5+ years of relevant experience, with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in a machine shop environment.</div><div> 5+ years of management experience, including demonstrated capability of:</div><div> Leading, developing and coaching high-performing teams of employees.</div><div> Leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tactical plans that achieve operation objectives.</div><div> Effectively leading through organizational changes.</div><div> A continuous improvement mindset, with a proven track record of enacting lean manufacturing strategies and implementing process/programming improvements.</div><div> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div><div> A strong ability to find opportunities to lean out processes including inspection equipment and inspection work holding techniques.</div><div> A strong working knowledge of CMM s and Automated Inspection equipment.

(Zeiss CMM experience is preferred)</div><div> As the Inspection Programming Manager, you will:</div><div> Lead a team of direct reports that include inspection programmers.</div><div> Be part of the manufacturing quality leadership team which will include the Inspection manager and the PQE manager.</div><div> Collaborate with a cross-functional staff demonstrating the company's Culture and Values</div><div> The ability to work tactically to complete the day-to-day activities and a focus on continuous improvement to set ourselves up for the future.</div><div> Standardize programming techniques and inspection tools to reduce programming time.</div><div> Facilitate resolution of all issues that may impact objectives for quality, cost, delivery and safety.</div><div> Champion adherence to company Systems and Procedures in carrying out decisions within</div><div> inspection programming.</div><div> Coordinate functions to ensure all required support services are effectively and efficiently planned, provided, and utilized.</div><div> Champion and foster a culture of collaboration, results-based operational excellence, customer orientation, strong awareness of quality, process orientation and continuous improvement and safety.</div><div> Recognize future inspection issues or constraints and develop a plan to avoid them before they become a problem.</div><div> Ensure that relevant, accurate, and timely communication and reports are acquired from and delivered to stakeholders.</div><div> Successfully lead and support shop floor change projects, support product transition projects to and from East Aurora Military Aircraft Group Operations</div><div> <br /></div><div> <br /></div><div> Salary Range Transparency:</div><div> <br /></div><div> Buffalo, NY $85,000.00 $130,000.00 Annually</div><div> <br /></div><div> Salary Range Disclaimer</div><div> <br /></div><div> The base salary range represents the low and high end of the company's salary range for this position in the given work location.
