You will partner with a cross-functional team to set and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standards and objectives to ensure reliable, on-time delivery of quality parts to our customers.</div><div> To be considered for the Inspection Programming Manager role, here s what you ll typically need to bring with you:</div><div> 5+ years of relevant experience, with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in a machine shop environment.</div><div> 5+ years of management experience, including demonstrated capability of:</div><div> Leading, developing and coaching high-performing teams of employees.</div><div> Leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tactical plans that achieve operation objectives.</div><div> Effectively leading through organizational changes.</div><div> A continuous improvement mindset, with a proven track record of enacting lean manufacturing strategies and implementing process/programming improvements.</div><div> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div><div> A strong ability to find opportunities to lean out processes including inspection equipment and inspection work holding techniques.</div><div> A strong working knowledge of CMM s and Automated Inspection equipment.
