- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Continuous Development: Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirement- Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support).
- Licensing: Active Life, Health & Annuities License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support).
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
