**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients.

You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

SAP solution architects serve as the conduit between businesses and technology.

You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills, to craft adaptable, comprehensive suites appropriate for each client.

Your primary responsibilities include:

•Strategic Technical Solutions for Business Transformation: Working with a multi-disciplinary team to design technical solutions required to support business transformations and articulating proposed solutions in business terms demonstrating technical effectiveness.

•Project Management and Delivery Excellence: Managing or executing specific project deliverables and scope to ensure project schedules & timelines are respected.

•Architectural Guidance and Functional Specifications: Have architectural oversight to provide solutions, technical guidance and functional specifications based on business requirements.

•Continuous SAP Knowledge Expansion: You'll be able to expand your SAP knowledge base (in cooperation with SAP trainings)
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA/BTP/Integration: Hands-on SAP deep expertise in SAP BTP and Integration Solutions with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations (with 1 specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.

· SAP Expert Level SAP Integration Knowledge: Experience with implementing technical SAP solutions with BTP and other middlewares to integrate with SAP business processes and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions.

· Leadership and Project Management Skills: Project management skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.

· Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.

· AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles

· Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· Familiarity with other SAP Modules: SAP Public Cloud solutions, SAP Industry for Utilities (ISU), SAP Analytics Cloud.

· Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
