Apex Systems has an immediate need for a 100% Remote Project Manager!! This will be an 8+ Month Contract to Permanent Hire supporting one of our largest Health Care clients on the East Coast.

Job Title: Project Manager

Contract Pay Rate: $ - $ / Hourly Rate

Permanent Hire: Negotiated with Client

Location: 100% REMOTE

Contract Length: 8+ Month Contract to Permanent Hire

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, operations and business stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with business requirements

Support the planning and execution of IT project from start to finish, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets and manager project risks and issues

Conduct regular project meetings to review project status, provide updates and ensure project team members are aligned

Identify, assess and design remediation action plans for data issues and monitor their progress to completion

Analyze risks related to data, monitor key indicators, and produce monthly risk governance reports and materials for management

Ensure project delivery is within budget and tie constraints, while meeting quality standards

Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management

Identify areas for process improvement, and implement solutions to optimize project delivery

Support multiple, simultaneous projects in a rapid development environment involving different types of technical and business partners

Track and prepare senior management reporting documents, take ownership and follow-up with relevant stakeholders

Track tasks, establish accountability, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed

Effectively prioritize tasks and assignments across various projects is crucial to keeping them on track

Facilitate the implementation of projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution

Overcome obstacles and barriers that may delay project progress

Gather project requirements, assess objectives, goals, and project scopes for multiple initiatives

Manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs through collaboration, cross-functional project planning and comprehensive reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in IT Project Management

Information Security / Risk Management experience

Must have Mergers and Acquisitions experience

Experience automating reports in Logic Gate, Power Bi, Tableau, etc.
