Google User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers.

We collaborate with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value for users and for Google’s businesses.
As a UX Designer on the Google Ads Advertiser Platform team, you will address industry issues by defining the collaborative relationship between advertisers of all sizes and an increasingly intelligent, automated Google Ads.

We build advertising products across search, display, shopping, travel, and video, plus analytics, to deliver useful ads and support growth for businesses of all sizes.
We enable Google to engage with customers at scale and provide effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Responsibilities Define the user experience strategy for your product area by understanding advertiser needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Partner with teams across Google Ads to understand the broader ecosystem, using a system-level view to inform your design strategy.
Translate that strategy into concrete ideas, creating and testing concepts in collaboration with user research and content design.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on shared goals and make collective decisions.
Produce detailed designs and guide the engineering team during development to ensure a high standard of quality.
