Please note, this is a hybrid position requiring 8 days per month on-site in Lakeland, FL.

As an Intermediate Software Engineer on the Corporate Systems team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting highly complex systems by converting requirements to technical design, development, and implementation while collaborating with other technical and business areas.

The most suitable candidate for this position will have a technical background with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

You must also be able to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors and business unit customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance .NET applications to meet the business area requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features to our business area(s)
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to team best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Participate in team discussions and code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with Production Support issues and diagnose live systems.
  • Continuously improve and optimize application performance and assist in the design and architecture of software solutions.
