**Position Overview:**

As a Corrective Actions Program Intern you will assist with procedure revisions, report generation, data entry, work with metrics data, and participate in quality improvement initiatives in a nuclear environment.

Interns must have strong attention to detail, as well as excellent critical-thinking and some information technology experience.

A Corrective Actions Program intern should be able to communicate effectively and use logical judgment, especially when dealing with adjustments and meeting deadlines.

**Location:**

On-site in Erwin, Tennessee.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a B.S. degree in Information Technology.
+ Requires U.S. Citizenship with (no dual citizenship)
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation and previous employment reference verifications.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The starting hourly rate for this position in [[stateProvince]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[cust_salaryMin]] and $[[cust_salaryMax]] per hour.

The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations.

Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.

Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.

If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
