Join our Professional Services team as a GIS Intern and help us deliver innovative solutions that support our members and enhance operational efficiency.
We’re looking for a motivated GIS Intern to help support our Members as they transition from our legacy mapping and staking software to our new, next-generation platform.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to troubleshoot deployment challenges, assist with data migration, and ensure a smooth implementation process from start to finish.
You’ll gain hands-on experience managing GIS software implementations, validating converted data, and delivering both technical support and user training.
In addition, you’ll help resolve customer questions about product features and functionality through phone and email support.
