**Overview**

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

Epsilon is seeking an IT Rotational Intern to support various teams within our Shared Technology Services group for a year.

You’ll gain in-depth exposure to the behind-the-scenes technical environment of Epsilon’s business in the fields and rotate throughout Network Operations, Systems Administration, Automation and Data Center Operations.

+ **Work together to win together:** As an IT Rotational Intern you will work cross functionally amongst IT professionals and be operating in our Data Center located in Lewisville, TX.

_This role is onsite and will require you to be in office all year round from January – December._
+ **Innovate with purpose:** As an IT Rotational Intern you will assist with activities which may include one of more of the following: data analysis, reporting and metrics, automation and process improvements, data center inventory & asset management, and validation of logical and physical controls for secure systems.

**What You’ll Achieve**

+ **Impact:** As an IT Rotational Intern, you will go thru an extensive onboarding training bootcamp to acquire the basic ITIL concepts and methodologies used at Epsilon.

After the preliminary training, you will be allocated amongst the technology segments units based upon a defined schedule.
+ **Career Growth:** As an intern you’ll participate in a year-long Intern Program, with 4 distinct rotations starting fall/spring/summer in which you’ll receive hands-on training.

The summer rotation offers additional professional development training and networking opportunities with people throughout the business, including multiple projects & social events.

**Epsilon’s Internship Program**

As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to

create a meaningful early career experience for university students.

development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including

multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment.

**Who You Are**

+ **What you’ll bring with you:**
+ Familiarity with devices & tools (NetBrain, NetMRI, Vistara etc.) and identify process improvement opportunities
+ Strong interest in the information technology space
+ Understands concepts with networking, server hardware, ITIL, Microsoft/Linux operating systems, LAN/WAN, Routers, Switch, & Firewall Detail-oriented
+ Experience with requirements gathering, documentation and reporting required
+ **Why you might stand out from other talent** :
+ Bachelor’s degree candidate with a major in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering,
+ Ability to intern year-round (January – December)
+ Ability to handle light manual labor
+ ITIL, Network +, Security + certification is a plus
