THE OPPORTUNITY:

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work.

The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months.

LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units.

Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

2025 PROGRAM DATES:

· June 1 - August 14, 2026

· Working hours: 36hrs/week.

Monday – Friday, PST

· June 15 – 19, 2026: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office

· June 29 – July 3, 2026: Week off for Summer Shutdown

POSITION TITLE: Strategic Sourcing Intern

YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA...

As our Strategic Sourcing Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on driving value through sourcing initiatives.

Your days will be filled with real world exposure to supplier research, RFP development, sourcing and pricing analytics, supplier negotiations, and contract support.

This is more than just an internship, it’s a chance to sharpen your analytics skills, understand supplier dynamics, and contribute to real sourcing outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

· Support our Sourcing team by contributing to strategic sourcing projects.

Leverage a structured sourcing process that starts with profiling the supply market and partnering with stakeholders to identify business requirements

· Support stakeholders to define and execute upon their sourcing needs, utilizing the Intake-To-Contract Process and associated tools

· Support RFx execution through Sephora’s sourcing tool – assist in preparing RFx documentation, help evaluate supplier responses and compile a summary analysis for decision making

· Assist in the negotiation process and contract authoring and editing - learn how approvals are executed based on established authority levels

· Perform data analysis across categories assigned to optimize total costs of ownership and outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Legal, Economics, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to interact effectively cross functionally

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and documentation

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Previous internship or coursework related to sourcing/ procurement, project management, legal, or analytics is a plus

• Basic knowledge of ERP and other Sourcing tools is a plus

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

· Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)

· Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time

· Must permanently reside and work in the .

· Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions *

· Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026

· Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour.

The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
