**Job Description**

This position reports to the Senior Internal Auditor and will assist with the testing of financial internal controls, performing operational audit procedures, and analyzing data, with a solution-oriented, process improvement emphasis.

This internship will be located in our Milwaukee, WI Headquarters.

**Key Accountabilities**

Support the Internal Audit Department, assisting with:

+ Testing key financial Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
+ Conducting operational audits and supporting special projects
+ Performing substantive testing on behalf of external auditors
+ Analyzing data to identify trends and create value
+ Managing administrative tasks and contributing to project coordination

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
+ Proficiency in MS Office.

Advanced Excel proficiency preferred
+ Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
