Internet Sales Coordinator Summary:
As an Internet Sales Coordinator at Lennar, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team.
This position is responsible for generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads.
ISCs are responsible for providing an extraordinary experience for all internet customers and establishing a relationship with the customer to convert the inquiry into an appointment or sale.
Responsibilities
Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospectsCreate a positive experience for our internet customers through the use of email, online live chat & division 1-800 numbersCreate & maintain MLS listings; including pricing, photos, videos and featuresGuide internet customers through Lennar's consultative sales process via email, live chat, phone & face to face meetingsProvide immediate or same day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests w/ targeted goal of a one-hour turnaround for all initial correspondenceQualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as neededDevelop customer leads into proactive, scheduled appointmentsPartner with the on-site New Home Consultants to provide extraordinary experiences to customers throughout sales processCreate and effectively manage an internet customer database which includes interest lists and VIP interest listsRegularly work in and around Lennar communities, including, primarily, WHC as well as remotely from homeAttend all company sales meetings, phone banks & training programsCoordinate online efforts and reporting with the National Internet CenterPerform all other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Must have High school diploma or GEDMust have a valid driver’s license w/ valid auto insurance & reliable transportationPrevious real estate or home building experience preferred but not requiredBilingual in English & Spanish A PLUS but not requiredMust be organized, motivated, & efficient team player w/ a strong work ethic & desire to succeedMust present a conservative business appearanceMust practice professionalism w/ excellent communication & interpersonal skillsMust have ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all timesMust have ability to self-manage activities w/ minimal supervisionMust be committed to self-development of sales & internet skillsMust have ability to work weekends & holidays WHY WORK WITH LENNAR?
