We have immediate opportunities for Intune + MECM Expert to join our team working as Customer Engineers (CE's).

Positions are full time, salaried roles offering comprehensive benefits.

A CE's time is dedicated to working with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000 companies.

CE's support and assist customers in building, deploying, operating and optimizing complex enterprise environments.

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption and support of Intune/MECM initiatives.



Salary range is $95 - 110K based on experience.

Travel: CE's are home based and deliver services typically via Microsoft Teams.

Primary work includes:

  • Standard Product Work Shops - Training
  • In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
  • Health Checks / Assessments
  • Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
  • Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
  • Systems Performance Reviews
  • Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management

The Experience you'll need to excel in the role:

As an Intune/MECM SME, you will be responsible for providing support as well as end-to-end guidance and troubleshooting of Intune/MECM.

This includes:

Intune MDM, MAM, Device Security, Device Management, Conditional Access, Windows10/11imaging, Windows updates for business, CO-Management, Desired Configuration Management, Reporting, Autopilot, Compliance/Configuration Policies application creation via MECM/Intune and best practice around both Intune and MECM.

Core Skills Intune/MECM include:
  • History of providing enterprise support, administration and troubleshooting for Autopilot and Mobile Device Management Integrating, deploying, and configuring Intune either in a co-management or standalone manner
  • 5 years supporting Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite + Security (EMS), Active Directory/Identity, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (D-ATP), Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, or related endpoint security solutions and comprehensive threat protection technologies.
  • Backend knowledge (administration and troubleshooting) with MDM, EM+S, Autopilot Group Policy, Active Directory, Azure and SQL, Significant knowledge of Windows Server
  • 5 years of MECM/SCCM administration or relevant experience in systems development, network operations, software support or I.T. consulting
  • SCCM Architecture knowledge with hands on experience regarding the inner workings of SCCM including SCCM Workflows
  • Working / supporting MDM and Endpoint Management for enterprise customers
  • 5 years working with Microsoft Server products
  • Current branch support including Cloud based Management Gateways
  • Knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills with Intune and MECM (SCCM).
  • Intune policy creation and troubleshooting
  • Windows updates implementation and troubleshooting for both Intune and MECM
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager Administration and Architecture
  • MECM Role implementation and troubleshooting
  • Autopilot implementation and troubleshooting
  • Compliance and configuration policy implementation and troubleshooting
  • Co-Management implementation and troubleshooting
  • Application creation via MECM/Intune and troubleshooting
  • Task sequence creation and troubleshooting for OSD
  • Client health monitoring and troubleshooting
