Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Field Support Technician to join their dynamic team.

As an IT Field Support Technician, you will be an essential part of the IT department supporting various operational teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** IT Field Support Technician

**Location:** Beaumont, Texas

**Pay Range:** $30 - $32 per hour Plus Overtime

**What's the Job?**

+ Provide hands-on technical support across multiple departments at the manufacturing facility, ensuring operational continuity of IT systems, user access, and hardware/software functionality.
+ Assist with on-site installations, hardware deployment, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure including laptops, monitors, cameras, and network devices.
+ Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to various systems such as Windows, email, and internal applications like QMOS and XProtect.
+ Coordinate with automation engineers to configure IP cameras and ensure network stability across the facility.
+ Respond promptly to internal IT service requests, track ticket statuses, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, systems engineering, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT systems support within manufacturing, oilfield services, or similar industries.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic networking concepts.
+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
