Title: IT Field Support Technician
Location: 95% Travel with 90 minutes of Hartford

As an IT Field Support Technician, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for businesses within a 90 minute radius of our office.
You’ll get hands-on with a wide range of technologies while building strong client relationships and sharpening your technical skills.
What You’ll Do:
Travel to client sites and deliver face-to-face IT support.
Configure, install, and troubleshoot:
Windows PCs, hardware, and software
Network gear (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless)
Printers and other peripherals
Servers, including Active Directory and related services
Keep detailed documentation using the ConnectWise toolset.
