• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) session

• Experience with ServiceNow

• Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)

• Proficiency with MS Project

• Proficiency with MS Visio

Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what’s being done?

Integrated Eligibility system in the Maintenance & Operations phase of the project lifecycle.

What does the ideal candidate background look like?

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

• 3+ years of client facing experience

• 3+ years experience in Release Management across multiple teams

• 3+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle

• 2+ years of experience in project management for a State Medicaid Agency or a large healthcare management organization

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• 2+ years experience with Integrated Eligibility project

Client facing experience with State Medicaid agency and demonstrated abiltity to build collaborative client relationships, resolve/manage risks and issues, and plan/manage/deliver multiple maintenance/enhancement releases per year with 12-14 deliverables updates per release, and weekly hot fix deployments with a matrixed team of resources.

What does the team structure look like – how many members and what is the break-down of the team’s skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)?

Cross-functional matrix team of about 40 resources
