Job Summary
Join a leading North American financial institution as an IT Operations Analyst I.
In this technical support call center role, you will provide first-level IT assistance to employees across multiple business lines.
This position offers structured training, exposure to enterprise systems, and the opportunity to grow into advanced IT support roles.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound colleague calls and emails regarding technical issues Document and track problems using ticketing systems Escalate complex or wide-impacting issues to higher-level support teams Provide support for Windows, Office , mobile devices, VOIP, and remote access tools Monitor trends and provide feedback to improve processes Participate in rotational scheduling to ensure / coverage Required Experience High school diploma (minimum) – years of related experience Above-average computing and navigation skills Customer service experience in call center or technical support roles Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint) Typing speed of at least WPM Reliable transportation to Lexington, SC (no bus routes available) Availability for onsite interviews Nice-to-Have Experience IT Help Desk or ticketing system experience Technical certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) General knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting Required Skills Technical troubleshooting (Windows, Office, networking, mobile devices) Strong communication (verbal and written) Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings Preferred Skills Ticketing system proficiency Team collaboration in IT environments Additional Skills Adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong punctuality and commitment to learning Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans (k) retirement fund About the Client Top bank in Canada and North America offering comprehensive financial solutions.
