Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and coordinate the delivery of complex projects and programs across multiple Agile teams.
This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in program management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Jira
- Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools, including report development
- Familiarity with enterprise program and project tools (e.g., PPRT)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership presence
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and more
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal
- Ensure compliance with standards and provide end-to-end visibility into project health
- Guide teams in optimizing Enterprise Agile standards and practices
- Influence and guide leaders on changes that enable agility
