The State of South Carolina is seeking two experienced Project Managers (Intermediate level) to provide operational and technical support for IT infrastructure and Audio-Visual systems.
These are rebid positions, and the selected candidates will play a key role in stabilizing and managing help desk operations, network access, and user/device support.
This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring daily presence at the work location and cannot accommodate non-residents or remote workers.
Candidates must be submitted with a complete Right to Represent, SC Cover Sheet, and resume with legal first and last names.
Manage day-to-day help desk operations including Tier I and Tier II support.
Provide technical support for Audio-Visual equipment and systems.
Support IT networking operations and troubleshooting.
Administer and manage user access, accounts, and networked peripheral devices.
Maintain a stable IT support environment to ensure business continuity.
Assist in planning and implementing IT solutions aligned with long-term organizational goals.
Prior Project Management experience in an IT support environment.
