Description
Robert Half is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to ensure seamless operations across IT systems and hardware.

Your expertise will be vital in resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service.


This is a Direct Hire role that will require an onsite work schedule.




Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to service desk tickets and provide effective technical solutions.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and iOS platforms.

• Maintain and manage Active Directory accounts and permissions.

• Assist users by explaining technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

• Ensure proper documentation of IT incidents and resolutions within ticketing systems.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system updates and improvements.

• Support the setup and configuration of computer hardware and peripherals.

• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent potential disruptions.

• Provide guidance on IT best practices and security protocols to end users.
Requirements
• Prior experience in IT support or equivalent education.

• Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and network systems, including Windows and iOS.

• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical users with technical problems.

• Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.

• CompTIA A+ or similar certifications are a plus.
