The selected candidate will be responsible for handling Level 1-1.5 incidents for the enterprise.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve Level 1-1.5 incidents efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to all users.
- Document incidents and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar IT support role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
