Coordinate proactive hardware replacements (refresh).
May coordinate the initial set-up and maintenance/repairs of desktop hardware and/or client software.
Quals--
High school diploma or equivalent required; computer related designation or certification preferred.
1-2 years related work experience preferred.
Intermediate technical PC skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and/or hardware required.
Must be detail oriented and have strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Working Conditions: May be required to move 50-60 pounds as a physical requirement of this position.
