Job Description
A fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join its growing IT team.
This role involves providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and executive-level users.
Responsibilities
Provide urgent, high-quality IT support to executive team members.Support IT needs of the manufacturing department.Participate in off-hour call rotation and travel to remote sites as needed.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets.Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support.Perform daily checks and maintenance of meeting room technology.Image and deploy computers according to company standards.Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.3+ years of experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.Experience with Exchange Server and user account management.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Experience with SCCM is a plus.Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Proven ability to support executive-level users.Preferred Certifications
