We are looking for a Technical Support Technician who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This role provides a mix of over-the-phone, in-person, and walk-up technical support, with a strong focus on adaptability, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with business-critical applications.
  • Provide support for mobile and desktop phones.
  • Install and configure software and computer peripherals.
  • Log and manage support tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring appropriate priority and timely resolution.
  • Work through Level 1 tickets and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with conference room technology and hardware setup as needed.
  • Deliver support via phone, in-person, and walk-up channels.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions.
  • Continuously seek to improve customer service, value, and satisfaction.
  • Stay engaged with emerging tools like Copilot and contribute to its adoption and usage.
  • Qualifications:
