IT Support I Job Opening In Denver – Now Hiring Leprino Foods


Job description

Within our Corporate Information Technology team located in Denver Leprino is seeking a IT Specalist I to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth! At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $58,000 and $67,000.

This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.



What Youll Do:
+ Respond to and resolve IT incidents through desk-side support, phone, email, and instant messaging, ensuring every colleague receives helpful, timely assistance.
+ Analyze recurring issues and create long-term solutions that improve reliability across our enterprise client systems.
+ Build, configure, and maintain hardware and software solutions while ensuring compliance with licensing and IT standards.
+ Administer enterprise client technologies, including system imaging, patching, and asset tracking.
+ Coordinate technology lifecycle processes from procurement to deployment to retirement.
+ Lead updates and documentation for our IT knowledge base, helping others learn from your clear communication.
+ Write and maintain installation, configuration, and support instructions that are easy to understand.
+ Participate in IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that serve the wider business.
+ Guide teammates as the first escalation point in rotation, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and support remains consistent.
+ Deliver excellent service by listening to users, communicating transparently, and following up until needs are fully met.




You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring client-side technologies such as computers, tablets, smartphones, IP phones, AV equipment, and printers.
+ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, iOS, Android, and virtual environments (e.g., VMware).
+ Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Group Policies, patch management, client management (SCCM/BMC), and mobile device management systems.
+ Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and escalation procedures.

+ Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ Exposure to SAP systems.
+ ITIL v3 or newer certification.
+ Additional technical certifications in enterprise client management or security.
