Responsibilities
Working service requests all the way through resolution or escalation Tracking time and submitting time sheets for work completed Prompt and thorough documentation of all work via our ticketing system and documentation portal Resolve up to Tier 2 technical support issues Escalate Tier 3 technical support issues Primarily providing remote support, dispatched on-site as required Learn our business model and service offerings Communicate our service offerings to prospects & clients Performing other duties as required Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in Canada. Strong English communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills. A broadband Internet connection at home. Must have reliable transportation and a minimum class 5 BC Drivers License. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is an asset. Minimum of 2 years professional or related experience. Experience supporting Microsoft Office. Experience supporting Windows 7/10 Professional & Enterprise. Experience supporting Mobile handheld devices (Android, iOS). Flexible hours (availability) and the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Experience with Microsoft Servers. Experience using PSA and RMM tools. Experience with firewalls, managed switches, VPNs, VLANs, etc. Experience in setting up and troubleshooting complex network/firewall scenarios.
