We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our Rehmann IT Service Desk team.
The IT Support Technician provides tier 1 technical support to all employees including those working from remote locations.
Position reports directly to IT Service Desk Manager.

Support associate onboard/offboarding processes Software and hardware installations/troubleshooting and other related IT Technician functions Collaborate with a highly motivated team that strives for World-Class Customer Service A willingness to work outside of scheduled hours and travel between offices Desired Skills & Experiences:
Focus on exceptional customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Information Systems or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in providing helpdesk support A+, Network+ or equivalent certification desired Proficient with Windows 11/10/O365 Suite and Android/iOS Mobile Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple requests A logical and methodical approach to problem solving Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical employees Experience with Cherwell Service Management System a plus
