SUMMARY


Partner is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician for our Plano, TX office.

The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of help desk experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role will focus on providing IT support as part of our Help Desk team, assisting both local and remote employees with their daily technical needs and troubleshooting issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

  • Image, configure, troubleshoot and repair laptops, Windows operating systems, and desktop applications

  • Trouble-shoot problems with hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity

  • Perform various tests of computers, physical connectivity, and applications as part of IT support

  • Maintain and manage IT inventory and assets

  • Assess hardware/software issues and provide solutions in a timely manner or escalate if necessary

  • Communicate effectively with other support staff, network engineers, supervisors, and end-users.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Any technical or IT industry-relevant certification or bachelor's degree 

  • 3+years of experience in IT helpdesk support

  • After-hours and weekend work requirements are rare.

    But we expect some flexibility to support end-users and network administrators during emergency situations.
  • COMPENSATION


    The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

    Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.


    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
