Robert Half is currently seeking an IT Support Technician for a client located in Solana Beach, CA.

IT Support Technician will be responsible for:


Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide Level I & II end-user support for 75 users, including 12+ executives.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to:

+ Windows-based systems, O365, and Microsoft technologies

+ iOS/macOS devices (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks)

+ AV systems (especially Logitech) for boardrooms and executive meetings

+ Printers, media players, and other endpoint hardware


Requirements
Required Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and general desktop support.

+ Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune.

+ Familiarity with Apple devices (macOS, iOS).

+ Experience supporting Logitech AV systems or similar platforms.

+ Strong experience with ticketing systems such as Fresh Service, ServiceNow, or Jira.

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple issues effectively.

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; professional and courteous demeanor.

+ Physical ability and willingness to support equipment setup (e.g., moving cables, checking IDF rooms).

+ Must be able to commute to the downtown San Diego RAD facility once every two weeks.
