IT Support Technician


Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist who thrives on problem-solving and delivering excellent support experiences.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for onsite technical needs, ensuring employees can work seamlessly and systems remain reliable.

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA

  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $25-30/HR

  • What You’ll Do:


    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage Active Directory accounts, including user creation, group policies, and access control

  • Support endpoint devices such as Windows PCs, printers, and mobile devices

  • Document IT processes and assist with onboarding, software installations, and system updates

  • 1–2 years of IT support experience in a help desk or desktop support role

  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and Active Directory
