We are seeking an  IT Technical Support (LS Software Engineer 1)  to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems
  • Identify and resolve any user problems with computer software and hardware
  • Provide support via various communication methods from users with inquiries
    regarding software programming, connectivity, troubleshooting, and any similar
    concerns, in order to help set up systems and/or resolve issues/hardware faults
  • For Senior Level - candidate must have experience managing and evaluating
    the performance of the help desk, developing customer service
    standards, and responsible for reviewing, testing and implementing
    technical solutions for increased productivity.
  • Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Relevant Professional Licensure & Certifications, preferred
  • Minimum years of experience:
    -0-5 years for Junior Level
    -5-10 years for Mid-Level
    -15+ years for Senior Level
  • Compensation:

    $30-$60 Hourly

    The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law.

    Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
