Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, and will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Drive performance tuning, scalability, and security enhancements.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficient in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular, React) is a plus.
- Certifications in Java or cloud technologies.
