Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations
- Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems
- Understanding of AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing
- Experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool Suite, JIRA
- Experience in Salesforce software quality assurance from planning to execution
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Key tasks and expectations for the role:
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests
- Validate test topic and action accuracy, refine and iterate based on results
- Ensure test data represents realistic user interactions
- Strong understanding and application of Software Testing methodologies
- Work within Agile principles and experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
- Testing experience in contact center programs and understanding of CRM, call, chat
