Java Software Engineers – Backend Focus (Multiple Levels)

What You'll Work On:

+ High-impact platforms like travel and rewards portals

+ B2C and B2B payment infrastructure

+ Embedded finance, biometric payments, and omnichannel commerce

+ Scalable, resilient systems using Java or Python

+ Secure, high-quality production code and architecture artifacts

+ Data-driven personalization and customer insights

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python

+ Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting

+ Create secure and high-quality production code

+ Produce architecture and design artifacts for applications

+ Analyze and visualize data from large, diverse datasets

+ Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to improve system architecture

+ Contribute to engineering communities of practice and innovation events

Required Qualifications:

+ Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

+ Proficient in coding in Java or Python

+ Experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST APIs

+ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

+ Exposure to tools like Kafka, Splunk, Dynatrace, and CI/CD pipelines

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $75.00/hr.
