Job description Infosys is seeking a Java Production Support.
As a Production Support Specialist, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our systems by collaborating closely with infrastructure partners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues, managing incidents and problems, and following up for timely resolution.
Required Qualification:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to these areas.
This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.At least 3 years of experience in Production support .At least 2 years of experience in Java , J2EE technologies, Spring Boot and REST serviceRemedy Incident, Change and Problem Ticket System Experience in Monitoring tools.
(Splunk,AppDynamics, Elastic Stack etc.Hands on experience with Windows UNIX System AdministrationHands on experience with UNIX Shell PowerShell scriptingExperience with source code management techniques/tools .Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
