Overview


Position Title: Project Manager, JetBlue Creative Studio


JetBlue’s Creative Studio is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our in-house team.

As a key member of the JetBlue Creative Studio, you’ll serve as the central hub for managing the full lifecycle of creative projects—from kick-off to delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met with excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to deliver standout creative across digital, print, social, and environmental channels.

Essential Responsibilities



  • Act as the primary liaison between the Creative Studio and internal stakeholders, including marketing, revenue management, and other cross-functional teams

  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines, prioritize tasks, allocating resources effectively and identifying potential risks or roadblocks

  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and project workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across all campaigns

  • Coordinate team meetings, including project kickoffs, brainstorms, and critiques, ensuring all participants are aligned on goals and deliverables

  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, using project management tools to maintain transparency

  • Adapt to changing project needs and priorities, while supporting multiple projects simultaneously

  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Experience and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience

  • Three (3) years of professional experience in project management, preferably in an agency, or in-house creative environment

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to delivery

  • Proficiency in project management with Asana

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

  • Authorization to work in the US is required.

    This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship


Preferred Experience and Qualifications



  • Five (5) years of professional experience in project management, preferably in an agency, or in-house creative environment

  • Experience working on lifestyle, travel, or consumer-facing brands

  • Familiarity with creative workflows and terminology in both digital and print production

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification

  • Understanding of motion design or animation processes is a plus


Crewmember Expectations



  • Regular attendance and punctuality

  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance

  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun

  • Promote JetBlue’s #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards

  • Identify safety concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))

Compensation



  • The base pay range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $105,000.00.

    Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
