  • Work closely with other designers and team leads to ensure alignment and quality across projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement comprehensive rebranding initiatives, delivering cohesive visual systems and assets that support strategic messaging.
  • Support internal marketing and business development projects including new business presentations, invitations and advertisements.

Tools and skills we require

  • Web development experience a plus.
  • Solid visual foundation with understanding of design principles, grid structures, typography and clean aesthetics.
  • Ability to generate original designs without templates.
  • Have an organized approach to projects with sharp attention to detail.

    Ability to multi-task.
  • Ensure branding standards are followed internally and externally.
  • Meet deadlines efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Quick learner who is detail-oriented, dependable and able to work both independently and alongside team.
  • Keep current on industry trends and technologies, including AI, and seek opportunities to expand knowledge and/or suggest new ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from feedback and contribute to team discussions.
  • Interest in business, finance, or corporate communications is a plus—but not required.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful design solutions to the table.

  • Strategic insights: Go beyond aesthetics—learn how design drives business outcomes and plays a critical role in shaping perception during pivotal corporate moments.

Joele Frank values diversity and inclusion.

Individuals of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
