Ink Drops Group of Nevada, Inc -

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and dependable team member to join us in a hybrid role that blends Junior Graphic Design, Project Management, and Production/Packing Support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety throughout their day — moving between creative design projects, coordinating and leading weekly project management tasks, and hands-on production support.


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no evenings, no weekends).

Junior Graphic Design responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow brand guidelines and existing design templates as well as create original designs that meet the requirements detailed in a request.

  • Edit and design a variety of materials: brochures, flyers, menus, stickers, T-shirts, mugs, and other products.

  • Communicate with project leads to ensure deadlines are met and challenges are flagged promptly.

  • Monitor printing supplies and request replenishments as needed.

  • Manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Project Management:

  • Help organize and track design and production projects from start to finish.

  • Run or contribute to weekly project management meetings, keeping the team aligned on priorities and deadlines.

  • Communicate with managers and team members to flag risks, delays, or resource needs.

  • Keep task lists, schedules, and deliverables updated.

  • Ensure smooth transitions between design, production, and delivery.

Qualifications Junior Graphic Designer:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Familiarity with layout and print design, plus an eye for color and typography.

  • Ability to present a portfolio of design work during the interview process.

  • Must be dependable and flexible.

Packer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Package products and assemble gift/amenity boxes with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Operation of various equipment, including Form Fill Seal & Shrink Wrap.

  • Shrink wrap and prepare boxes for delivery.

  • Assemble accessory items (bows, tags, labels, etc.).

  • Unload shipments and maintain proper product rotation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace daily.

  • Occasionally make deliveries.

  • Help in design of new products.

  • Provide support to other team members as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Packer:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

  • Ability to problem solve, general mechanical knowledge is necessary

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors

  • Must be dependable and flexible

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Able to lift 30+ lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, climb a ladder, reach, crouch, and use hands/fingers effectively.

  • Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.

  • SNHD Food Handler’s card preferred (required within 60 days of hire).
