**Job Summary**
This position will assist our Learn to Skate Instructors while developing the skills required to be a lead instructor.
Applicants will work directly with our customers during the Learn to Skate program.
Applicants must be prepared to engage with students in the program with a friendly and helpful personality.
**Job Description**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Be compliant with USA Learn to Skate (Training Modules, Background Check, etc.)
+ Communicate effectively with all students of all ages and abilities.
+ Attend all classes of the Session (unless notifying the Program Manager ahead of time).
+ Must be proficient in most or all Levels of the Learn to Skate Curriculum
+ Answer general customer questions.
+ Greet customers as they enter and leave the facility.
+ Answer questions pertaining to programming.
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
