Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator

Krita Technosolutions is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator with strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Google Web Designer.

You will be responsible for designing high-impact visuals, promotional banners, social media creatives, brand assets, and short-form video edits for clients and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design social media banners, posters, infographics, brochures, and ads


• Develop brand identities including logo design, color palette, and visual guidelines


• Create marketing materials for digital and print (flyers, event materials, etc.)


• Design UI elements and web graphics as needed

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit promotional videos, reels, and YouTube shorts


• Create motion graphics and animated intros using Adobe After Effects


• Add subtitles, transitions, and brand overlays

Tools & Platforms

• Google Web Designer (for display ad creatives)


• CapCut or mobile tools for Instagram Reels/Shorts (as needed)

Support for Marketing Campaigns

• Collaborate with social media and ads team to deliver visuals on time


• Ensure all creatives are on-brand and optimized for platform requirements (resolution, format, file size)


• Follow a clear design process and maintain design files organized for re-use

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in creative design or multimedia


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro


• Experience with video editing for reels, shorts, and YouTube


• Knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy


• Ability to handle multiple projects with fast turnaround


• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in branding and logo development

The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing engaging content (text, banners, videos), posting with SEO optimization, and boosting visibility through creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Handle day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube & Google Business Profile (GMP)


• Schedule content using tools and ensure timely posting (especially by 5:30 PM)


• Plan and execute weekly content calendars and campaigns


• Share posts in relevant groups to maximize reach


• Monitor trends and suggest content hooks and formats (reels, stories, carousels)

Content Development

• Write engaging, SEO-friendly captions, post copy, blog content, and ad copies


• Create content briefs for banners, reels, and video edits

Performance Monitoring

• Track post engagement and reach; suggest improvements


• Coordinate with the design and video editing team for timely deliverables


• Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithm changes

Campaign Assistance

• Support ad team with creative inputs for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Shorts


• Coordinate with video shoot teams for reels and product video schedules

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation


• Good understanding of platform-specific best practices


• Proficiency in using Canva, ChatGPT, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)


• Knowledge of SEO basics and keyword research for social media

Key Responsibilities

• Handle online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals


• Draft compelling business proposals tailored to client requirements


• Actively pitch services to potential clients via email, calls, and chat


• Engage in real-time client communication to understand project requirements


• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project scopes and estimates


• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
