L2 Deskside Support Engineer Job Opening In Georgetown – Now Hiring Tata Consultancy Services


Job description

●Responsible forPreventive maintenance checks on all handhelds (scanners etc).

●Radioconfiguration & support.

●Shipping andReceiving assets requiring repair from OEM (Scanners, Handhelds,

●Responsible forin scope Production devices installation, reset, adding to networknal systems, Handhelds

●Thin clientconfiguration and support, Apps on iPads.

●Responsible forPrinter Coordination Services and single point of contact to handle.

●L1 Printerissues, requirement to have AS400 knowledge to handle production printers.

●Provide TouchSupport / Smart hands Support to verify functionality or testing

●Monitors PRTGtool for plant network devices.

●Coordinate withthe Critical facilities team for Power related work.

●Coordinate with3rd Party vendors for installation/ fixtures for non-IT request (Henderson,OneNeck , C&W .

●Vendor escort orco ordination (mostly for network cab work, data center work, - (.,ATT, OEMs).
