Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

  • Proven experience in desktop support or related field

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must have  Active Directory expereince 

  • Troubleshooting windows 


Preferred Skills & Qualifications



  • Experience with assistive technology and accessibility tools

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional

  • Familiarity with network and server management


Day-to-Day Responsibilities



  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for end-users

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and hardware

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless operations
