**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ **Design and execute application tests** on refrigeration systems and components in collaboration with R&D, engineering, and sales teams.
+ **Develop new testing methodologies and setups** that align with international standards and improve efficiency, accuracy, and product quality.
+ **Analyze, diagnose, and optimize system performance** based on test data, driving design improvements for new and existing products.
+ **Contribute to global laboratory excellence** by sharing expertise, supporting capability-building projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
+ **Ensure safety and quality compliance** by maintaining detailed documentation, clean workspaces, and adherence to Danfoss safety and quality policies.
**What We're Looking For**
+ **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** (Mechanical, Thermal, or related field).
+ **3–5 years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration applications** , with strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
+ Hands-on experience with **testing processes and methodologies** in a lab or field environment.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a **collaborative mindset** and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work **onsite in Tallahassee, Florida** and engage in cross-functional projects with a global team.
**Bonus points if you bring:** experience with measurement techniques, metrology, data acquisition systems (such as NI LabVIEW), Six Sigma or quality tools, or hands-on mechanical skills.
